I based my training schedule off of:

8-K Training by Hal Higdon

2012 Training:

Mondays:  Off

Tuesdays:  Short Run

Wednesdays:  Cross Training

Thursdays:  2 Mile Run

Friday:  Cross Training

Saturday:  Off

Sunday:  Long Run

 

2011 Training:

Every Monday:  Strength and Stretching

Tuesdays:  Cross Training (length varies)

Wednesday:  Varied Length Run

Thursday:  Cross Training (length varies)

Friday:  2 Mile Run

Saturday:  Rest Day

Sunday:  Long Run
