Today I decided to bump up to 2.5 miles. I also decided it was nice enough to run outside tonight 🙂
So without a treadmill or watch to pace me I finished 2.5 miles in less than 30 minutes. I was hoping for 25 minutes, but considering that my route does involve a significant hill I pretty happy with that time for now.
Right now I’m thinking Sunday’s run will also be 2.5 miles. We’ll see if the weather will help out so I can do it outside again.
On a side note . . . I LOVE running through my new neighborhood (minus the dogs barking at me in the dark when I can’t see them before I hear them).
